Home to some of the best dim sum restaurants in the entire world, Hong Kong is a culinary playground. At The Mira Hong Kong, I had dim sum at the Michelin-recommended "Cuisine Cuisine" and went behind the kitchen with Executive Chef Edwin Tang to experience the making of a signature dish.
